THE ASPIRE BRAND
The Aspire Brand represents high standards along with both desirable and innovative products and services. Our properties are unique and interesting, our systems are efficient and we have a strong sense of integrity in both our business to business and customer facing interactions and transactions.
FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS
The Aspire Brand was established by founder Oliver Lines in 2005 to serve as an umbrella for a number of trading operations within the property sector.
Aspire currently has three main functions and operational arms.
Aspire Residential – carrying out speculative property development under a number of separate SPV's
Aspire Investments – acquisition of residential property and building of a large portfolio of rental properties including Houses of Multiple Occupation
Aspire Aparthotels – offering Serviced Accommodation to Business and Leisure travelers.
CONSTRUCTION
Until recently, Aspire had an additional operational arm in the contract construction sector providing construction services. This side of the business was used as an in house service to facilitate our own developments along with services to the wider public.
As the business has grown and development scale has increased we have elected to move away from this model and concentrate on the procurement, design and delivery of our developments, using local contractors as our construction partners. This has allowed us to use our experience in technical construction to oversee the delivery of our developments whilst concentrating on the core business of delivering exceptional and inspirational homes.
